SHIPPING

Chronopost is used for all international orders and Colissimo is used for all EU orders. Please note, due to geopolitics your order may experience carrier delays. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days for EU customers or 10-15 days for International, after receiving shipment confirmation. Please be aware that customs and duty fees may apply and are not included in our pricing, check with your local customs office in regards. The customer will be liable to pay in any destination. We do not hold responsibility for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. RETURNS + REFUNDS

As the pieces are made in-house, upon order, all sales are final. We only accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at raagggeeee10@gmail.com within seven days of receiving the piece. Upon return, we will seek a replacement. If no replacement is available, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of your product.
