Chronopost is used for all international orders and Colissimo is used for all EU orders. Please note, due to COVID-19 your order may experience carrier delays. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days for EU customers or 10-15 days for International, after receiving shipment confirmation. Please be aware that customs and duty fees may apply and are not included in our pricing, check with your local customs office in regards. The customer will be liable to pay in any destination. We do not hold responsibility for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. returns, refunds and exchanges

 items are refundable if they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in the original condition, not worn or washed

• Return package must include the original packaging and all additions

• Returns shipping charges are not reimbursed and are at customer’s expense

• Items must be mailed off within 14 days of initial shipping delivery date
